Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal data CV Simple Multimedia Digital collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the enquiries you send us.

What we collect

When you contact us we receive the details you choose to send — typically your name, email address, phone number and a description of your project. We do not collect payment details through this site.

Chat assistant

The chat window on this site is an AI assistant. It answers from the information published on this website and can make mistakes; prices and scope are always confirmed by our team before any work begins.

When you use it, we store the conversation — what you wrote and what the assistant replied — with the page you started it on. If you ask it to prepare an enquiry, we also store the name, contact details, budget and project description you give it. We use this to follow up on your enquiry and to improve the assistant's answers. Your IP address is used for a few minutes to limit abuse and is not stored with the conversation.

To write its replies, your messages are sent to Anthropic, the company that provides the AI model, and processed under its commercial terms. Conversations are deleted automatically after 12 months. To have one deleted sooner, write to us with roughly when you chatted and what it was about.

Analytics

We measure aggregate traffic to understand which pages are useful, using Google Analytics loaded through Google Tag Manager. Google sets cookies to recognise a returning browser and processes the data on our behalf. No analytics profile is used to identify an individual visitor, and we do not combine analytics data with anything you send us through the enquiry form.

Maps

The map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps and loads with that page. When it loads, Google receives your browser's request, including your IP address, under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as the commercial relationship is active, and for the period required by Indonesian tax and company record-keeping obligations afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@simple.web.id and we will respond within one working day.
