The ritual before the menu
A menu is a list of prices; a ritual is a reason. Leading with the signature treatments gives a first-time guest something to choose rather than compare.
A voucher is a second customer
Vouchers turn one guest into two, and a spa near a beach full of visiting friends and family is the right place to sell one.
