Villa rentals
Luxe Haven Villas
A villa rental business competing with the large OTAs on the one thing they cannot offer: booking direct. The site says so plainly — real photos, real rates, no middleman — and the whole design is built to make that claim checkable rather than decorative.
- Next.js
- Direct booking

What the site does
Built around how the business runs.
- Search by dates and party size, the way a guest actually plans
- Filters by setting rather than by area alone — beachfront, clifftop, riverside, rice field view, jungle
- Coverage across Seminyak, Canggu, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua and Ubud
- Rates shown in USD, the currency most guests are budgeting in
- A concierge reachable on WhatsApp from any villa page
- Editorial articles for guests still deciding where in Bali to stay
Decisions
Why it was built this way.
Built on Next.js because speed is the product
A guest comparing villas has a dozen tabs open. Pages that render instantly and images that arrive already sized are not a technical nicety here; they are the difference between being the tab that gets read and the one that gets closed.
Filtering by feeling, not by postcode
Guests rarely start with an area. They start with a picture in their head — a cliff, a river, a rice field. Letting them filter on that finds the villa faster than a map does.
